Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your
application. All information mus be filled out and submitted to the Rhythm
Workshops facility, along with supporting documentation by Monday, 10/03/16.
Rhythm Workshops uses the state income guidelines applied to food stamp
applications, and therefore, may require proof of assistance from the state of
Texas as supporting documentation. All scholarship applicants may not be
awarded a scholarship. These are processed on a first come, first served basis,
and by consideration of the information. The applications will be held for one
calendar year until a scholarship is granted, or the year ends, whichever comes
first. Applicants will need to re-apply for a scholarship if the calendar year
ends and they have not been granted a scholarship. Scholarships are granted in
different increments, so an applicant may be granted a partial scholarship but
still need to pay the remaining cost of a class and/or camp.
If selected you may be asked for documentation to support the data you
provide. Likewise, all correspondence and scholarship agreements will be
generated from the personal information submitted below. So, please use proper
spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
